How to sell your electricity back
There are around half a dozen companies that will buy the electricity you generate from you.
This number is likely to increase over the months and years with better rates being offered as Renewables Obligation Certificate (ROCS) trading becomes more established.
There are two main types of payment schemes offered by electricity supply companies
1. All PV generated electricity purchased (at around 3-5 pence per unit)
2. Only exported electricity purchased (at around 5-10 pence per unit)
